As the manufacturer, we warrant your new car seats and/or strollers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) year period from the date of purchase, provided the product is used in accordance with accompanying user’s manual or operation guide where provided.
The manufacturing warranty applies only in the region (Malaysia & Singapore) in which the product was purchased.
During the warranty period, the warranty service is provided free of charge except for:
Unauthorised resellers without permission to sell
Wear and tear
Misuse and abuse
Improper storage/product care
Holes and tears in stroller wheels
Damage in stroller push handle or upholstery due to normal daily use
Alteration
Fabric discolouration
Accident
For electrical product, overheating and oversurge power
Damage due to repairs carried out by third parties
Damage caused by natural disasters
Damage result from delivery by third parties (If you purchase online, please inspect your Prego product after receiving and in case of any damage immediately file a complaint with sellers or couriers)
All other damages other than manufacturing defects and need to perform product or part replacement with a new comparable product or part
Incidental expenses such as postage, transportation and other expenses outside of warranty claim
Customer dissatisfaction with the product in overall
The warranty service does not include incidental expenses such as postage, transportation and other expenses. Customers are required to send and to collect the product for warranty service at their own expense.
What if I receive my product as a gift?
You are required to provide gift receipt or proof of purchase when registering the product warranty online to be eligible for warranty coverage.
LIMITED MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
The limited warranty is applicable to all other Prego products except for car seats and strollers. We offer:
One (1) to Six (6) Month Warranty : Sleep, Indoor and Outdoor products
